We've come a long way with our standard event catering processes to eliminate all waste to landfill. While there is still no need to send any part of your lockdown meal to landfill, for health and safety reasons these meals do come in commercially compostable containers which are made entirely from renewable plant fibres and come from a carbon-zero certified supplier.

We highly encourage you to compost your packaging, creating a circular system: plants, products, compost, repeat. The BP Station in Orewa provides compost bins, and an excellent community composting resource if you do or don't have a composting bin is: Sharewaste.org
